The Brush Factory on Kings will gladly help you with any damaged items due to shipping.  Merchandise must be returned to 830 Kings Highway Lewes, DE 19958 within 7 days of delivery date.  All original tags must be attached and items must be in its original packaging.  This includes the packed by slip in your package.

To start the damaged merchandise process please email brushlewes@gmail.com  within 2 days of delivery. There are no cash refunds only store credit if approved.  We will do our best to make it right.

 *Please note that items purchased online may not be returned to the store without prior approval by email.

* Undamaged paint products are non-refundable and cannot be returned.  We strongly suggest purchasing a tester in order to determine whether a paint product is right for your space.
